Each retreat is customized to the physical activities offered in each geographical location, as well as the participants’ desires. Offerings may include: hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, acroyoga, Hatha yoga, meditation, Labyrinth, team-building activities, cacao ceremony, journaling, values elicitations, NLP techniques, and breath work.
A One-Day Retreat includes:
- All activities
- Healthy and delicious snacks and beverages
- Goody bags
- 7-8 hours in length
- Group size is 10-12
